Staffs are friendly and helpful especially Eva, Carolina, and Julia. Place is accesible to local shops and metro. Over all 5/5. I will come back to this property next time.

Great property, beyond friendly and accommodating staff. Thin walls though, you can hear noise from surrounding apartments, not horrible but it can be noticeable.

Easy access building. Located next to metro. Washer/dryer in unit. Very helpful front desk staff.

Service was exemplary, this won’t be possible if not for Eva, Carolina and Julia. They were all so helpful and accommodating, always willing to extend help when needed.
The location is within close proximity to Metro’s, food shops and mall. Easy to navigate around.
Place is clean, the kitchen is stocked up with necessary appliance to cook.
Overall it was a pleasant and one of the best stay, definitely will come back and choose this place again with the family.

Sad to say but we were quite disappointed with our stay here. The appartement was described as a two bedroom with a pullout couch suitable for 6 people and unfortunately it’s more of a one bedroom with a bed in the living room with a pullout couch separated by a paper wall. The pullout itself was super uncomfortable and very noisy, waking everyone as soon as someone moved on it. The apartment did not have sufficient supplies (soap, detergent, toilet paper, etc) so we constantly found ourselves going to reception asking for more. The staff was not the friendliest, the apartment was not super clean (lots of dust under the beds), the shower leaked and the management only offered a very small discount on one of the nights where we struggled with noise from construction. In a nutshell, the apartment was not as advertised and expensive for what it was. :(

As we communicated to you by email, it is unfortunate that you felt this way and did not let us know in time to be able to help you with anything that did not make you feel as you expected during your stay. Our main goal is to satisfy the wishes of our guests and we work hard to do so. If you had let us know, we would have fixed the problems. As you said, there was a noise problem due to a maintenance repair in one of our flats, which as you know, we stopped at the time you told us it was bothering you and we were very sorry for the inconvenience. Regarding supplies, as we are tourist flat, we offer these supplies as a courtesy, so you have to go down to reception if you want to ask for them free of charge and thus avoid buying them yourself. It is a pity that you did not give us the opportunity to help you during your stay with the other things you mentioned. Our whole team works hard to make you feel at home. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future..
