Clean, Good location, very helpful staff, could use some minor cleanup in bathroom and would be nice if pool was heated a little

We stayed there twice as we took a trip to Andalusia. The rooms are so comfortable and located within walking distance from restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions. They offer a variety of breakfast options at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this hotel for families, groups and single travelers.

Only stayed two nights and the location was well suited with comfy bed and pillows.
It was cool so we only went up to the rooftop pool to see it and the area was nice and sunny however very small.

I stayed in this hotel for my first trip to Europe and I cannot say enough about how Fantastic it is!! Very European hotel with half shower doors and bidet in bathroom! Stayed in a king suite with a balcony that was the absolute best! Staff are very friendly and spoke English! Told them it was my first time in Spain and Europe all together and they brought me a bottle of champagne and fruit! I will be staying here next time I go to Barcelona!
