Overall our stay was pleasant, nice, and quiet city neighborhood. Private bathroom but outside the room a little inconvenient.

Was pleasantly surprised , had my own room With opening French doors, But a separate bathroom down the hall, worked ok for me but the night time wee was a bit awkward. The room was clean and quiet but had a slight odour so maybe Fabric conditioner would help. Had a fridge in the room for snacks and water. Breakfast was a continental style served by Oscar who was so nice and friendly. The check in window was 2-4 and a guarantor payment needed which I don’t recall on the booking but worked ok. Would stay again as next to metro stop and nice area for walking to too

Muy mala atencion los 6 dias que estuvimos no combiaron sabanas el desayuno muy malo no tenia baño privado ni tv de masiado costoso nos salio muy mal servicio no lo recomiendo para nada

Estimada Carmenza, lo sentimos mucho que Usted no ha sabido elegir bien el hostal. Pues ha querido reservar en nuestro hostal pagando en tres personas 80 euro al dia incluido desayuno, y pretendia un hotel a 3 estrellas. Pues un Hotel a 3 etrella en Barcelona en el año 2022 costa como minimo 200 euro sin desayuno, Ademas usted es la unica que se ha quejado de nuestro muy muy rico desayuno que vendemos al publico de la calle por 10 euro a persona. Usted no ha leido in ningun momento como funciona nuestro Hostal y no hay ni un hostal que cambia las sabanas...y si solo usted comunicava con el personal, pues habia podido hacer uno esfuerzo. ...que tenga buenos dias

Your staff is not co operating with the peoples. For example aircondition .due to the timer used it is stoped in the mid night and it disturb our sleep.you should should show all the hidden charges before booking.

But as regards the criticism of costs, he must publish the criticism directly to the web he used and not to us; as far as the air conditioning is concerned: they are autonomous for each room, and if you have used the "sleep" mode it is normal that it switches off in the night.

Lots of hidden fees. For a small dog I paid 100€. For all our travels it was the most expensive payment. Some hotels did not ask for an extra charge at all, some no more than 30 € for more days. But this is just terrible. The owner is rude and unfriendly. Everything is forbidden, a lot of rules. But at the same time, the condition of the hostel and cleanliness do not match. Also the owner took a 200€ deposit and didn't return it. Walks away from the answer and does not try to solve the problem. Although I am a very neat person and the room was in perfect condition. I do not recommend. For this amount in this area you can find not a dirty hostel with a bunch of extra charges, but a normal hotel with good service.

Comes from russia and just wants to speak russian, arrives outside reception hours, etc etc. He enters the cafeteria with an almost abnormal arrogance, treating the reception girl badly, and right at that moment there was the master: the master in no case, in no case, allows the lack of respect for the staff. The customer is not always right. Respect first of all. the guarantee of 200 euros has been unfrozen, but the person does not understand and thinks that we have withheld them. Cool!!!!

good location, bad 25 euro tax fee upon arrival . cash only??!. long check in process me login into wifi and sending pics of my passport and my kids' to some manager guy. then given wrong room. not the one i chose online. very time consumming and irritating check in proceedure. also tv non functional.

Dear thanks to write your opinion and as we are in democratic way, we write the real true: first point you did not read nothing about your reservacion. You arrived after check in time when the hostal was closed and we acept you just because we like to be lovely. The check in online is obligatory but us you are really arrongant ( that is the opinion of the receptinist) you did not make check in online. About wrong room, was just a missunderstanding and the error has been fied in 2 minutes. we hope next time you go to sleep in hotel and not in hostal
