Good value apartments.

Nearby bus stop (L1) to the old town, get off at Carrer Palamos and head towards the nearby cathedral and the heart of the old town. Decent size lounge/diner/kitchenette, comfy sofa, comfy bed and large bathroom/dressing area. Good WiFi able to stream UK TV on a Firestick no problem. Could do with blackout blinds/persianas in bedroom rather than the living room for sleeping.

The place is nice. The concierge lady was helpful and cordial. The location is good, pretty close to downtown. The apartment was quite big. Not many amenities, just the basics.

It is extremely clean and modern ! The Apartment is spacious and has almost everything! It would be good if it has more places to hang up towers in the toilet and if parking is easier. But overall we had a good stay!

Lovely apartment a good walk from old town
Posted 15 Oct 2017 on HotelsThe apartment fulfilled my expectations, the bed was big and comfortable and the towels provided were of the premium quality. The a/c did not work well but it was not an issue for me since I did not need it. The staff was helpful, they gave me some of their laundry detergent so I could do laundry in their laundry facility in the basement. Be aware the apartment building is a 20 and 30 minutes walk from the train station and the old section of town.

Excellent service, very small apartment

Pros: Staff - excellent service. Parking available at a charge
Cons: More crockery and cutlery. dishwasher. extra air conditioning fixed to the living room (only 1 in the bedroom). More toiletries. Coffee machine, etc.
Location: Good residential location near supermarkets and city
It is great for 1 or 2 days but if longer one start missing some facilities : coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher (there is space available so I don't understand why there is an empty space instead of a dishwasher). We had to ask for extra hangers, cutlery and crockery. Too few items for an apartment but the staff went beyond the duty by delivering extra requested items straight away (even over a weekend) and stayed later for us as we arrived almost 2 hours after reception closing times.

THIS IS MORE OF AN APARTMENT OPERATION, VERY GOOD SERVICE BUT THEY ARE ONLY THERE WHEN YOU INFORM THEM OF CHECK -IN AND OUT. otherwise, NO ONE THERE. I ASKED THEM TO ADVISE ONLINE THAT THEY REQUIRE 200EUROS ADVANCE DEPOSIT (REFUNDABLE) AT CHECK-IN.
