Terrible, terrible, terrible. Staff was extremely rood and helpless. All facilities are extremely dirty. Private beach was under construction and we were not told about it when we we’re making reservation. Staff does not speak English at all - well it is Israel, but if hotel welcomes foreign clients- At least somebody should speak English…I guess. Only food was excellent I. A very dirty eating area. I will not recommend to stay at this resort.

This hotel was incredible and the service was absolutely amazing!!! The food was delicious, the rooms were beautiful, the activities were fun, and the entire stay was so amazing!!
