Expensive and not good

The room described ss a large suite for 4 people had one queen and a sofabed, small flatscreen no coffe maschine , the halls were dirty , for 600$ a night , hard passs

Super clean, extremely kids friendly , very good quality food ( buffet can get pricey especially on Friday night and Saturday).

Big parking problem so if you don't have an app name Pango to pay with your credit card you can't park in the front of the hotel. The back gated free parking can fill about 100 cars when this hotel probably have about 700 rooms! Therefor I couldn't park the car nowhere at night and needed to wait in the car for hour until someone moved his car. The rooms looks from the 90's . its time to renovate. The pools are small with a lot of kids. 2 hours when I ask for the refund policy paper the manager told me they don't have one and just that there is no refund. Not recommending this hotel.

Dear Shmuel,Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences following your recent stay with us.Royal Garden has 331 spacious and modern suites.Regarding your comment regarding the hotel's parking, I would like to explain that at the "Yishrotel Royal Garden" hotel, there is a spacious parking lot that surrounds the hotel and is intended for its guests, this is in addition to an underground parking lot located in front of the hotel.If these parking lots are full, we direct our guests to the "Isrotel Riviera" hotel parking lot, next to the hotelThese parking spaces do not involve an additional payment and many guests find free parking spaces in this complex.In addition, near the hotel there are many parking lots on behalf of the city of Eilat, which involve a fee and if our guests choose not to park in nearby parking lots, which do not involve a fee, they will be able to do so by purchasing parking tickets.We hope that despite this we will be given the opportunity to return to host you in the future while we do our utmost to make your vacation enjoyable.Best RegardsDorin
