"Clean and comfortable room at a great price. Neighborhood is not amazing - but a short 5-10 minute drive to plenty of restaurants. Breakfast in the AM wasn't the best - but it was included (getting harder and harder to find). I'd stay again if my travels take me through Council Bluffs/Omaha."

"Check in staff-very efficient-very friendly and accommodated us for an early check in. Room very comfortable, clean-good selection of k cups for the coffee maker. Very convenient to attend event at CHI Health Arena-2 block walk to the front door!!"

"We reserved an accessible suite. It was roomy and mostly as expected except it had a bathtub instead of a roll-in shower but this was not a problem as we only stayed 2 days. On our 1st day the room was very warm so we turned down the thermostat to 65 degrees but it never got any cooler. We slept very poorly that first night. When we mentioned that to the pancake man at breakfast the next morning, he passed on the info to staff and before we returned from breakfast, the issue was fixed! The staff sent up a complimentary bag of goodies to apologize for the problem. They also sent us a beautiful platter of chocolate covered strawberries and a greeting card as we were celebrating our 52nd wedding anniversary with them. All the staff we met were friendly and kind and that overshadowed minor inconveniences like no shampoo left in the shower and the toilet clogging up just before we checked out. The morning breakfast buffet was wonderful but just wish it could be extended to 10 AM for late sleepers to enjoy. The Internet connectivity was very spotty but not sure if that was due to poor wifi or the age of my laptop. The evening snack time was a nice perk, the king bed was very comfortable and the 2 large TVs were fun. Overall a very nice experience."
