"Only once did we see an employee sitting behind the front desk. No one was around when we needed them. If you need to check out of a hotel elsewhere in the city and then move over to Smartments, your luggage might just have to sit unattended in the lobby if you can’t reach anyone on the phone. "Really nice time staying in the family loft. Transport links into tourist areas are very easy. Lack of a reasonable breakfast buffet option is a downside (€18 per person!).
