"Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal im Seehotel Heidehof. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Gefreut hatten wir uns auch auf das sehr gute Essen im Restaurant, allerdings wurde die Karte etwas eingekürzt und die Auswahl war für uns nicht wirklich passend. Daher mussten wir leider woanders Essen gehen. Im Haupthaus hatten wir Probleme mit der WiFi Verbindung, die im Nebengebäude ohne Probleme funktionierte. "Wir haben nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise hier verbracht und waren sehr angenehm überrascht. Wir haben nicht damit gerechnet, abseits der Hauptstrecke ein so angenehmes Hotel zu finden. Große gemütliche Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, Möglichkeit zu einem Spaziergang zur Burg - es passte alles. Gerne wieder!"

"It was by far the WORST hotel i ever been to and the service was terrible. They didnt have an elevator so I told them i have a baby and they should change my room to the first floor but they denied because they said it will cost them! They didnt care bout the customer needs they didnt help me i had to carry the baby and my bags upstairs and later take it all down again even though i told them im operated and had a C section. We had 4 nights there and i told them any time possible let me go to...

"We get to the hotel and greet the receptionist and say we have a reservation and she starts speaking in german and say we don't have a reservation (i think) in a very angry way, and when i didn't understand she got even angrier and gesticulates at us, and then guy shows up that speaks good enough english and we ask what's wrong and he says nothing and we get our key.
