"This was my second stay next to the airport for an early flight. While the price is a little high, the service, amenities, and staff are well worth it. You can also walk very easily to your gate without any issues due to its connection to the airport by a breezeway. Overall 4.5 stars. "

"Great hotel. Clean areas and very close to all shops. The cafeteria is open 24 hours so if you need a little snack, you know where to go. The upstairs restaurant has a breakfast buffet, it was delicious. The concierge staff was on point with my needs, and the front desk was very helpful with my check-out needs. "I don't normally leave reviews, but this hotel really wowed me. From the time I checked in to check out, everything was great. The room was spacious and clean, with a terrific bathroom and a view to Avenida Reforma. I enjoyed meals at both restaurants and there is a Starbucks in the lobby. If I were to come back to CDMX, I'd definitely stay here. "
