The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. The room was always very well cleaned and we had no problems with the amenities. There’s casual eateries nearby and the subway station (Nishikasai) is very close by and convenient. The only downside is sometimes the wifi can be a bit spotty but other than that I highly recommend!

Property is generally good. The rooms are a bit dated but functions well and you can sleep well. Room cleaning is available. But if you're looking for laundromat, better use the one across the street instead of the one in the building.

We chose this hotel because Expedia offered a good price. The hotel is a short walk from Nishi-Kasai metro station. There are lots of eateries (both Western and Japanese) and convenience stores all around. Hotel offers free breakfast including pastries, various juices, miso soup and salads. Staff is excellent and knowledgeable in English. There is also a washer/dryer combo in the room. Our family would definitely stay at this hotel again. We only have one minor comment and that is the lack of tv channels.

The complimentary breakfast was great. The room was not so great. There was mold on the ceiling and walls. The bathroom had a cover under the sink that came off and they just taped it back with scotch tape. Didn’t check out what it was in case there was more mold behind it. Other than that it was okay. They clean every day the general stuff like making the bed and washing towels but they should work on exterminating the mold and properly fixing things that are broken.
