Friendly service from the manager. He was very accommodating and polite. The room was clean and parking was a non issue.

Property was not up to par. Room was dirty, had to ask to have it cleaned. Hospitality was ok. No breakfast like was online. Had to buy sheets to sleep in.

I didnt end up staying here as swhen i called to check on my reservation I WAS TOLD I DIDNT HAVE ONE. SO i BOOKED ELSEWHERE, ABOUT 30 MINUTES LATER A GENTLEMAN CALLED TO TELL ME i DID SHAVE A RESERVATION, HIS WIFE DIDNT KNOW STUFF, i TOLD HIM NOT TO WORYY I WAS STAYING ELSEWHERE AT THIS POINT HE TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO LISTEN TO HIM AND THAT HE HAD A ROOM FOR ME.

Posted 1 Jan 2024 on HotelsThe service was terrible. I had reward points to cover the hotel and the manager was adamant on cash. His English was terrible and he was very mean and rude. Please don't waste your time and energy. I had no choice because our car transmission was broken and was not drivable.
