Crack pipe found in uncleaned room with black mold under sink. Didn't stay the night. They didn't give us a full refund.

According to the staff member's report, there was no sign of a cracked pipe in front of the TV stand during the inspection. The bedding had stains, hair within the covers and a few insects within the rooms but other than that the staff where friendly and welcoming and the prices where good and fair

Highly unmaintained, not updated at all and very poor cleaning

It was not nice. heat in the living room or the kitchenette, heat wouldnt turn off in the bedroom. Cuttains fell off as soon as they were touched. Not in place properly. Blood in the sink. Took ten almost 15 min to get the shower to work properly. Hot wouldnt turn off. Was scolding. Turn hot all thr way off. It remained scolding hot. Took a few min before it would subsided, so didnt have a shower. They wouldnt refund my money because expedia has it. I want the time back that i spent in that gross room. But i cant get that, expedica. Refund my money please and thank you

Our heating system is centralized, and we will investigate whether the thermostat may be malfunctioning. Recently, we had a plumber assess the heating system in preparation for the winter season to minimize such issues.Also, our maintenance personnel have taken care of the shower concern you raised, and the water temperature appears to be operating within acceptable parameters. Should it be boiling, we would typically receive complaints from other guests; however, feedback has yet to be reported to date. Great stuff, super friendly! But the location is not great. There are people knocking the pip and screaming at night.

I returned to my home and looked at my credit card account to find that the Thriftlodge were trying to charge for another two nights 2 days after I had checked out.
