It was nice and quiet during our stay. We thought not having the restaurant open past 2 pm was unfortunate. We tried the lounge which is open at 4 pm and the food was great and large portions.

Arrived 11.30pm due to flight delay. Woken up 3 times between 2.30am and 4.00am with noise taking place in hallway. Not happy. Room temp at 21c upon arrival, never got below 17c, too hot to sleep. Horrible pillows. Ask feont desk for my 200.00 deposit back at checkout and was adised it will automatically reimburse thefunds. 30 hrs later and still haven't received my deposit of 200.00 Will not be staying here again. My next trip 3 days in feb will try city center recommended by 2 coworkers.

It was very nice to have access to the breakfast until 11:00 am. Most hotels cutoff their breakfast at 9:00 am so this was a nice change. Would definitely stay here again.

The place is quite old. The elevator makes weird noise and at night you can hear other doors closing, banging and footsteps from outside even people talking at 2am. The staff are very helpful, friendly from the front desk to the housekeepers. The breakfast buffet is really good. Except they should serve some water as well not just coffee. My kids love the food. The price of the hotel is good compared to other hotels close by. Plus i wish there is a microwave in the room.

Very close to West Edmonton Mall, Mayfield Shopping Area and many other stores and services. Executive member rooms required key to access that seperate area of the hotel. The free breakfast was very good. (Buffet Style) unfortunately if you are not a coffee or tea drinker then you have to buy another type of drink separately. I noticed plug-ins for parking which was nice! Hotel is getting pretty old, so even the room I chose which was supposed to be the top choice and newly renovated was pretty standard. Tons of parking available and friendly staff!

When we notified the hotel that we wouldn’t be able to come do to icy road conditions, they kindly let my son take the reservation. The front desk person was very kind to text message several times throughout the night to ensure he was taken care of.

A package delivered to my hotel room went missing, and there was no CCTV to investigate. The staff offered no assistance in resolving the issue. I stayed for almost 10 days, and the breakfast lacked variety, only alternating between bacon and sausage daily. Also, housekeeping only changes your linen if you asked them which is so difficult because no one answers their direct line. Thanks to the receptionist who helped us out. Other than these, we enjoyed our stay!
