First my room would only blow cold air. After 1 night I went and reported it and asked for a new room. To which I was told he can’t give me a new room, but gave me a space heater. Ok made it a little better. Then these addicts were in the room next to me for the remaining three nights. There was screaming and banging all hours of the night. On my last night before I leave I asked the gentleman at the front counter if their washing facilities were working and he insisted yes they are. The washer worked great, but after being in the dryer for a hour I go to fold and everything is still wet a freezing. This was on high temp. When I brought it up to the guy he basically said oh well nobody reported it. The restaurant attached is fantastic

Read lots of bad reviews about this hotel and was a little weary of staying. Arrived and it was the opposite of the reviews I read. Very clean, staff was great and very helpful. Always made sure I was ok and looked after. Bonus they have a free airport shuttle to get you from and to the airport.
