Ideal for our recent trip. Right next to Red Arrow bus office and walkable (not just as easy in snow) Good access to all transport links Comfy bed and breakfast hit the spot

The hotel seemed dated and rundown. Our room with a jacuzzi had noticeable water damage throughout. The flooring was warped and soft. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and seemed like there was no attempt at sound dampening. We heard every noise both nights. The elevator was large enough to hold two guests with suitcases at best. This lead to long wait times both up and down. Everything was clean, and the staff were great to deal with, but we won’t be considering this location again.
