The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Continental breakfast was delicious and I liked that the options changed a bit each day, however there were some issues with things being empty or not refilled during the breakfast hours. The pool was okay. It was kind of dirty and warm. The hot tub jets were also broken. Over all it was a good stay, and I would stay there again. Just a few minor things that could be improved on

We had made a last minute booking and the whole booking process was very easy. The hotel was very clean and quiet, the staff were polite and location was great close to restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay there again.
