Our first night was great. The second night we came back at 10 and there was a horrible noise, like a washing machine spin cycle. The walls were vibrating so bad my Pepsi bottle fell off of the night table. I complained to the front desk at 10:30. They finally sent a guy up at 11:45. He stayed in the hallway the whole time, he asked me if I was causing the noise and when I said I wasn’t he said they would investigate it further but there was really nothing they could do because maintenance was gone until morning. Really?!? The noise continued all the way until we left in the morning. Worst hotel stay ever!!

The towel bar at backend of tub is not in good condition. On removing the towel, it came apart and caused a loss of balance. It needs to be replaced with a firmly mounted towel bar.
