We requested daily room service and this was forgotten on our second day of our three day stay. I did ask for this to be completed on return to our room and it was. We were in a multi-guest room with 3 of us yet our room had only 2 coffee cups, 2 coffees and 1 water bottle. Considering the price we paid this seemed frugal.
