Staff friendly and helpful. Good options for breakfast. Free parking. Beautiful Christmas displays.

Out of the way and quiet.Room was huge.Great breakfast buffet.Xmas parties and hotel bar occupied with private parties so was unavailable.Pool was okay and so was hot tub.

Before booking I called ahead to ask if this hotel had room service. I was assured they did and then when I went to order in the morning, I was informed, they did not have room service. This, and the pool, were the only reason I booked this hotel. Very frustrating to say the least. Be upfront with your customers. Why lie to get a sale? Overall an average hotel but need to do better.

Was turned away for not having a credit card and when we had a credit card to use we weren’t allowed to.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The best sleep we have had in a hotel on our many travels. The breakfast was great and included in the room price. Staff are very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be going back.
