Half the hotel was shut down, no restaurant or bar, during a fire alarms I was going to take the stairs but there was no emergency lighting and I was on the 5th floor- first day there I had no hot water to shower, when it snowed the parking lot wasn’t cleared for the entire stay after a foot of snow! The place is poorly maintained and I wouldn’t stay there again or any other one for that matter!

When we checked in, when looking for bedbugs( which we did not find) we noticed long black hair all over in both the beds / the one looked like they cleaned a tub drain. Dust bunny’s on the broken tiles & the closet was full. The front desk cane and took pictures it was so bad. We changed rooms but still felt gross after seeming, definitely didn’t wash the bedding.

Rooms were a bit beaten up in my part of the hotel, but the staff was excellent

Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was average for what you pay for. The facility is older but everything is clean and working order. My room was quiet and comfortable. Wish their restaurant was open during our stay as there aren't many places to eat in walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.
