Very disappointed to find the hot tub out of order and has been since the summer. Otherwise was a very good stay!

We love staying here! The hotel and the staff are so welcoming. The complimentary breakfast is OUTSTANDING. We always stay at hotels with breakfast included and by far this is the best hotel that we have ever stayed at regarding breakfast! We come to Edmonton twice a year and we always stay here.

We loved the continental breakfast. Room was nice but nothing special. Rooms were very dry and hard to sleep because of it.

Comfortable and clean room. Television did not work, would have liked to see a discount on my bill for this but did not receive one
