Room ac unit was disgusting something was all over it from a long time ago tv worked 1/4 of the time thermostat also didn’t work properly

there was a global software failure causing us to have our flight canceled, and so we were unable to make this reservation, but they refuse to issue even a partial refund. I understand that is the "letter of the law" for their company policy, but considering the circumstances, Mariott should have seen this as an opportunity to maintain loyalty, rather than be cheap and lose a customer forever

They did not tell us at front desk that breakfast only til 9 we barely made it.
No body wash bottle completely empty no housekeeping front desk attendant only one there he could not get to body wash and gave me 2 small soaps that I had to go get
One night ended up at 165 too much for what we got
