The property owner Vivian was absolutely amazing. She’s very welcoming. She’s all about making sure that her guests have the best possible experience while staying in Scotland.

Great host, convenient location with good bus connectivity, fantastic breakfast... But, small rooms.

The most welcoming of guest houses

Great breakfast and wonderful host. The room was very comfortable and we really enjoyed that it was walkable to Edinburgh highlights!
