Great apartment. Close to everything. Very clean and safe. Large in size with so many amenities. The only thing is it’s very hard to find. We spent at least 40 minutes finding it, but once we arrived we were so happy with this apartment We will stay again!

Pros: Large apartment, close to the old city. Very quiet area. Cons: Very noisy doors. Please use lubricant for hinges. Hot water in the master bathroom does not work. Horrible white LED bulbs.

Very nice flat approx 15 minutes walk from Princes Street. It’s in a nice neighbourhood and felt very safe. The flat was clean, warm and comfortable.

The apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean, and well equipped. The area around the property felt safe and was within walking distance to many restaurants and other necessities. The pre arrival communication was brilliant. Parking instructions and access to the property were clear. The property itself was lovely and warm when we arrived and it felt like our own home whilst we were there. I'd stay again.

A little gem!

We stayed for one night when we went to see Bruce Springsteen and it was the cheapest accommodation we could find. Apartment was really quiet, had loads of space and was spotlessly clean. The beds were really comfy and the shower was great. The only thing missing were a couple of extra pillows and a couple more towels. I would happily stay there again

Big apartment with parking👏

Apartment is on 2nd floor with car parking space in nearby courtyard. The apartment is a good size, clean, with two bathrooms and a kitchen. The Royal Mile was about a 20 min walk (about the same to Waverley train station/Princess st. Key collection instructions on the welcome email are good but it would have helped if they also shared the apartment map location on the welcome email

Liked that there was laundry available. Very spacious, comfortable beds. Not very many plugs in the rooms. It was difficult to determine where our apartment was located within the complex. The parking QR code did not work for us, so resulted in us making some international calls. They were good about helping us when we called.

We had a fantastic night at our apartment. We got a bit turned around finding it but I've never been good with finding places in Edinburgh lol. Great communication from the team and when we had a bit of a hiccup as the number we called that was given to us by Hotels.com was one digit different to the one we got emailed directly. We got this sorted out really quickly and was assured all was good as it was. Would definitely recommend and would definitely book again.

Great property in a great location

Really nice property, much bigger than we expected. 2 good size bedrooms, one with a nice en-suite. Nice kitchen with a small 2 seat table and a good sized living room with 4 seater dining table. The beds are firm and I'd take extra pillows as well. Also there was a strange smell in the en-suite which I'm guessing is drain related. The location is excellent, less than 10 minute walk from Princess St, about 20 minutes from the castle, it really can't be faulted. Finding the property was a bit of a nuisance, the key safe is at the complete opposite end of the complex and we managed to miss the map which showed the location of all the blocks. It's a great place if you have kids or you're travelling as two couples and I'd definitely stay there again.

Decent Apartment, location, would use again.

This huge apartment was in a good location and we used the public bus to tour Edinburgh. For Americans, remember that Floor 1 is actually on the second level (finding it was a little confusing). I have a couple of suggestions on improvement: 1) the level of cleanliness could definitely be improved, found too many bodily hairs in the bathroom and bedrooms. 2) I wished there was a hairdryer provided and maybe oven mitts for handling hot pans (we used the kitchen towel) and some basic salt and pepper in the kitchen. Having a washing machine and drying rack was fantastic and the neighborhood was quiet with grocery shops a couple of blocks away, perfect for those who have dietary restrictions.

Great family sized apartment

Nice spacious apartment, clean and modern decor. Was perfect for our family break in Edinburgh, good location being easy walk to central areas and free parking for the car.
