Accommodation basic but have paid much more for much less in Edinburgh and good natured helpful staff. Have already recommended to friends

Great location, friendly personnel, but the communal areas were very dirty, looks like it have never been cleaned. Rooms very basic, but you get what you pay for, cant expect 4 star hotel amenities for this price. If you are on the low budget and do not care where you sleep, this is the option for you.

Well located student accomodation.

Very easy walk to the station and city centre with lots of trams and buses. On a main road so very noisy but you can get free ear plugs from reception. The mattress was quite uncomfortable and would have benefited from a topper.
