Great place to stay free parking and a 10 minute bus ride from outside the hotel to Murrayfield

We visited Edinburgh for my husband's birthday. We were welcome in the room with a nice happy birthday card and some cake. Breakfast was full of options and the morning manager( blue suit and glasses) went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Check in when we arrived was also very good and the boy Adam from breakfast. We do recommend it .

Convenient hotel on the outskirts of Edinburgh. Despite being near a main road, it is generally quiet. Only one out of two lifts working - not a problem at a quieter time of the year but could be an issue at busy times. Overall an enjoyable stay and would use it again.

Clean and great staff. Close to airport and bus station right off main property. Uber is there in under 5 minutes.

My advice do not stay here the only thing in its favour convenient to the airport

Disgusting rooms!!! Bedsheets where dirty, thick layer of dust on everything. Had to ask for fresh towels and toilet roll. They did not clean the room in the morning, on the fourth day we came down in the morning and politely asked to clean the room. When we returned in the evening they still hadn't cleaned the room. They finally cleaned after we complained and offered complementary breakfast for our last two days. Electronics where also faulty. For €150 a night absolutely disgraceful. Would except a lot more for a Marriott owned hotel!
