Hotel is in a great location. Let down by the beds in room 412 which were well passed their use with visible big dips in them even with a plumped up duvet on top.
Staff recovered the situation well ok the second night moving us to another room with acceptable beds though these too were extremely soft but nowhere near as bad as the first night.
All that said would return as staff and location are great.

Wonderful stay with Courtyard Edinburgh! 4 min walk from the tram line, which brought us everywhere we needed to go. Also within walking distance of Old Town, Waverly Station and lots of other destinations. Room was spacious and clean, bed comfortable!
