Great hotel. Delivered on all fronts, accommodation, facilities, convenience to city by bus and especially helpfulness of staff. Will definitely stay again.

Spacious public areas, good standard of room, corporate style, food and drinks easily available.
Didn't like lack of ambience in the bar and restaurant.
Slightly further out from Portobello than anticipated

The hotel does not live up to the billing. The room I used was outdated an evidently 'well used'. The Spa brought some relief, the hotel was not home from home.
The team were attentive, however, more investment is required.

Exceptionally kind staff, the room was great and spacious. The place was quiet and with easy access to transportation that gets you to the city in 20-25 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay.
