Dans l'annonce il n'est pas précisé 3ème étage sans ascenseur par contre annonce un service de ménage quotidien inexistant. Equipements de cuisine à bout de souffle, ventilation bruyante , canapés défoncés. Points forts près d'un commerce alimentaire et gare accessible à pied.

Dear Yves,Many thanks for your feedback. We welcome any information to make our guests' experiences better.Regarding the 3rd floor comment, we have not said that there was an elevator and so assume people can expect to have to walk up to the 3rd floor. We do not provide a daily cleaning service but stays that last over a week will be provided with fresh bedlinen and towels and a clean during their stay,The noisy ventilator is a subjective issue, we feel as we have not had any comments regarding that, but perhaps contacting us might have helped in us trying to remedy that issue.We are not sure what exactly you mean when stating the sofas are broken as they are clearly not on inspection.I apologise if your stay was less than enjoyable and have now made every effort to rectify or address the issues you mentioned.However, it is nice that you have positive comments regarding the nearby supermarket and the close proximity to the train station into Glasgow and Edinburgh.Hopefully you will visit Scotland again!
