Everything was very nice. The only negative for me was at the towels were not soft at all they were rough and they smelled mildewy

Anjoe and Thomas were great and friendly! They were so accommodating, letting us drop our bags earlier than our check in time. The room was spacious and clean and the optional breakfast was very convenient and good. There is a bus stop literally across the street that takes you right to downtown Edinburgh. So glad we stayed and their little pup Simba is just the cutest!

Never again
Posted 9 Jun 2024 on HotelsRoom was very small. It was clean, but the towels were small and rough and the bedding was very well used. The pillows were almost flat. Breakfast was not included, so we didn’t bother with it. The owners really stuck it to us on the weekend rate which was almost double the price of a weekday stay. This made the size and condition of our room and the lack of breakfast even harder to swallow.
It is not hard to catch the train the the city. Would be worth it, except for the price we paid we could have stayed much closer. Oh, and they also had checkout at 10 am!
