"We came out for a concert and weekend getaway to end the year. The hotel room was super nice and clean. The microwave was missing the glass plate to set stuff on but other than that was a great room. We had the jacuzzi in our room and it worked and was clean. Staff was nice and friendly. I would definitely stay again. "

"We went just for the weekend to celebrate my birthday and it was a wonderful stay. The room was comfortable and the bed was comfy. The only thing we didn’t care for was there was no microwave and the shower did not match the room description that I booked. Otherwise it was a great stay! "

"Just want to clarify - Did have a small balcony but inaccessible due to having a secure rod blocking door track but was not advertised for a balcony.. Overall, my stay (2 nights) was wonderful. Staff was friendly. Very clean throughout. Huge variety for continental breakfast. Excellent water pressure for shower. Kids loved the pool. I enjoyed the hot tub. Would definitely stay again next time in the area. "

"I came to Minnesota to put my father on Hospice and I stayed at this hotel my last night. The only thing was, was given a room right next to the elevator, that I would hear all night, and had to be up at 3am to catch my flight. I went back down and asked for a different room and told the woman the situation. She was really great about it. Every employee I ran into was very kind and helpful. When I check out at 3:45am, the woman behind the desk was great! It wasn’t time for breakfast but she still went and found me what I was looking for to eat. I was treated very well and it was the best room out of the 3 that I stayed in for my trip! Very friendly, helpful and kind! I will definitely stay there again!"

"Nice hotel and very secure building. Has security also which is good when in downtown Mpls. The room was clean, bedding was great such a comfortable bed. They also had free breakfast. "
