We were beyond disappointed from the beginning with all of the wear and tear that the building had and the fact everything was outdated. The smell was really bad when you entered the room. We could tell the overuse of air fresheners throughout the building was being used to mask something. In the sitting room part there was a ton of mold in the air conditioner the rug was stained and dirty making freshly cleaned socks brown. The couch was stained. The walls had stains and liquid dripping all over them, they have not been cleaned in quite sometime. Once we saw the cockroaches climb on the walls in the food area and fridge, we were done. If it wasn’t close to midnight with three children sleeping we would’ve left then and there. We did mention the issue to the front desk worker who offered to move us but you should know, infestation doesn’t just stay in one room. In the morning we found the fridge stopped working and no longer was keeping our items cold. We pulled out the fridge to confirm the plug, and there was MANY cockroaches running around. I tried best to video what was seen but it doesn’t do justice to just how gross that was.

The room had a terrible smell and was very dirty. Stains on the mattress and walls.

Our room was dirty and just dingy. Wish i brought the clorox wipes!

The staff at the front desk were very kind and sweet. The property needs a major face lift. The rooms was very worn and old. A gold paint job to just refresh the space could be helpful. Very outdated and not a place I would recommend staying.

Property is very old and extremely dirty.

The only issue you brought to our attention was a clogged sink, which you reported at 10:15 PM. When I pulled up, I knew I was in for it. This place is dirty! I wouldn't let an animal stay here.

Wynham should be mortified that they allow people stay here. I felt unsafe and the rooms were so dirty! There was hair and stains on the bed. The water was brown and wouldn't drain. We switched rooms and wiped down everything. The new room at least had clear water, but there was a stain on the comforter, which i removed and handed to the staff. Right before bed my neice find an old chocolate bar under the bed. I went siren to the indoor pool to check it out before the kids changed into their suits, and thank goodness i did! The lights werent on but the pool was open for use. The water was stagninant and you couldn't see the bottom. There was a disgusting film on the water. I told the kids they couldn't swim and they wanted to see why. They said it looked like a crime scene. The breakfast offered consisted of white bread and a couple of apples. The hotel wasn't the cheapest. I really wanted to go to another hotel, but since i booked through a 3rd party, they couldn't refund us so we could use it to contribute to another hotel.

I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience during your stay. It’s unacceptable that you felt unsafe and encountered such cleanliness issues. Our front desk came to room to check about your complain and he didn't found any issue what you mentioned. Than also he offer you room move and before you move to another room he show you the room first and you agree to move. Also complain about brown water, whole building run under one pipeline which provides same water to every room. We don't had a seperate water line for each room. Pool used by many guest but no one complain about any issue. Our front desk also offer you to check out and he agree to refund you too, if you not satified but you decide to move to another room after you check the room first. You book through 3rd party so you have to contact them to get your money back. We had to refund to 3rd party due to they pay with their credit card and only we can refund to them.
