We strive to provide excellent customer service, and it’s regrettable that we did not deliver that during your visit.We understand you were upset about being asked to leave the property after smoking in a non-smoking room. Our front desk staff informed you of the policy, but unfortunately, the situation escalated when inappropriate language was used. As a result, we had no choice but to involve local authorities to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests.Due to the nature of the situation, we also informed the authorities to issue a trespass notice. We take such matters seriously, as we want to maintain a respectful and safe environment for everyone.We hope this helps clarify the events. We truly regret that this situation led to your dissatisfaction, and we take your feedback seriously as we continue to improve our services.

The property has begun renovations so while the property looks rundown and worn a bit hopefully it will get better. The only issue I had was the doors that slammed. I had asked to be moved due to the guests next to me letting the door slam so many times all night that at times you would

This is a great budget friendly hotel. No bed bugs or anything, did find a dead fly but that happens. Staff amazingly friendly, will be returning here from now on

I don’t like how the property people accused us for smoking inside automatically and then threatened to call the police for no reason , we didn’t give them attitude or get aggressive, but I will never go here again and wouldn’t recommend it!

However, as our non-smoking policy clearly states, smoking in the rooms is not allowed. After receiving a complaint from another guest about smoke, we detected a strong odor coming from your room when we investigated. Upon informing you of this, and after you opened the door, the smell of smoke was still noticeable. We kindly requested that you leave the property due to the violation of our non-smoking policy. When you denied smoking in the room, our front desk agent mentioned the possibility of involving law enforcement to confirm whether smoking had occurred. At that point, you informed us that you would be leaving the property. Please understand that we are strict about enforcing our smoking policy to ensure the comfort of all guests.

An easy place to stay just off the highway when going to the area to photograph the eagles at Conowingo Dam. Note that it is 30 minutes from the dam NOT 15 minutes as the promo literature says!
