People kept coming to our door. Not staff.. We couldn't even take a shower because of fear.

It was very dirty and it had roaches. We left and left whatever furniture pieces we had there because of the roches...

I found a used needle on the floor next to the bed. Bed very uncomfortable. It’s like a sinkhole in the middle. You only have 5 or 6 channels to select from. (Literally!) Housekeeping only brings you 2 big towels you have to beg for small towels. The microwave had some electrical issues I was scared to use it because it kept sparking. No trash can in the room. Roaches were everywhere! The older Spanish lady that works at the front is very rude. Some of the amenities listed are not available.

Mattresses are disgusting. Slept on top of sheets under our blankets brought from home. There are no king beds apparently. Floors are ripping up. There are cockroaches. No way to communicate with staff if you speak English. TV was grainy. Floors sticky. Everything is damaged to some degree.

Unfortunately a very unsafe hotel and the most disgusting hotel ever. Everything was stained, towels and sheets. Room smelled very heavily of smoke. Broken down cars in parking spaces, dirty mattresss in a pile outside. Staff was nasty because key cards didn’t work. Do not stay here ever. I cannot think of anything i was ok with
