Edenvale hotel rooms a the City Lodge

"Easy check in and very comfortable room. I always stay here when transiting through Johannesburg. My only complaint is that there are very few signs in the airport indicating where the hotel is. I spent a lot of time walking around and backtracking through immigration before I found my way"

"The room was comfortable and the staff was courteous. The food at the restaurant was very tasty. The restaurant did not always have everything on the menu. Later I figured out it is likely due to resource management. For instance 3 out of the 4 days we were there they didnt have drip coffee. This is likely because there were hardly any guests so they dont make a pot of coffee. However on a day they had an influx of guests, it magically appeared.
