Stayed on first floor and you hear everything above. Had a couple with 5 kids running around on top floor until 1130 each night, staff called but it it did no good, never stay on bottom floor

Property was very dated. Only needed reservations for one night but was forced to book two nights and wasn't able to stay for both nights. Understand parking lot is getting repaved, but was still asked about the surrounding property. Could hear the loud shut off of the air conditioner all throughout the night and could hear everything from the tenants above.

WIFI in room was not working, and front desk staff required me to call the technical service provider myself, after four calls the issue remain unresolved. In my many years of travel I have never had a hospitality property require the guest to conduct technical service for the property. The staff later admitted they had numerous issues with the service and were fed up so they ask guests to call the service hoping they will get better support. Absurd.

Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Only glitch was the front desk staff. They suggested a breakfast place that was closed on the two days I was there. Then, although I had reserved the room for two nights (and had an email from them that confirmed the dates), they deactivated the room card key after the first night and said they were unclear if I wanted my two days to be contiguous!?!?

Unclean and charges extra for WiFi

Holes in the kitchen floor that made the bottoms of my socks sticky, clothes left under beds and in drawers from previous renter, fridge was not clean (at all), safety lock on door was busted, sliding glass doors didn't have a real lock. Extra charge for WiFi. The area was beautiful but the cleanliness and overall condition of the condo was not great.
