Great customer service and the beds are softer and much more comfortable than the typical Japanese bed. Very close to Ebina train station and LaLaPort Mall. Would definitely choose this hotel again when in the area.

Excellent location and the hotel staffs are very nice. Clean and overall quiet. For the value, it’s a great hotel to stay!
