I didn't check in and I got charged. That is rude and unacceptable.

Dear guest
We are sorry for the inconvenience, but the regulations says, that if you do not cancel the booking you will be charged for the room, as we were not able to check-in other guests in the room.

Posted 20 Aug 2017 on HotelsOverall this stay was more than OK. In my opinion the only drawback was the fact that cars were not allowed close to the rooms, not even close to the reception. Being very close to disabled myself (but not yet) it was quite an effort to make it to the reception and to get the key for my room. The surroundings are fantastic!

Yes - We dont have cars in the yard, in front of the rooms. Sorry to say, that it is very importen for us, that the yard is a quit place for familys, couples, kids and so on. Also is it importen that big cars with goods to us can get into the yard, and also space for ambulance and so on.
Most of our guest is glad to sit in quit yard and having a nice time. I know that 50 meters from the parking area can seem very long for some people.
I still hope you dud have a good time, and did sleep quit, without noice from cars comming up in yard in front of the rooms.

Great place to recharge your batteries
Posted 25 May 2017 on HotelsVery relaxing stay at this hostel. Bed were ver comfortable. Room was spacious. Clean and warm. Location was in the middle of a national park away from residential and commercial areas.

A quiet night in Denmark
Posted 8 Oct 2016 on HotelsJust a brief stay on our way back to AArhus airport. A bit out of season, but it was still a surprise to learn we were the only ones for breakfast! That said, the breakfast was lovely and the staff member was polite and helpful
