I picked this hotel because it was beautiful, had a pool & hot tub, continental breakfast & good location. I was SO disappointed. First,at check in, the lady told me parking was $30 a day. Fine. That sucks but it happens. First day, $30. Second day,must’ve scanned the wrong ticket…$60. Went to leave Monday…did scan the wrong ticket and it came up as $90. My boyfriend went in & talked to the lady. Apparently the lady that checked us in was wrong & we weren’t supposed to be paying for parking at all & just using our room key to go in and out. So the $90 total I spent on parking should come back to me along with the security deposit. Second. The shower was warm at best. Couldn’t get the water to get hot & the shower design was bad. The door didn’t shut all the way and water would pour out onto the floor if the shower head was in a certain direction. Went to hang up my towel on the hook & it fell out of the door. Breakfast? Decent spread for sure except it wasn’t warm at all. The made to order omelet & the coffee were the only things served hot. Then the pool. There were tons of young, unsupervised kids so we didn’t even end up going to the pool until our last morning. The pool was so gross we didn’t dare go in. It was completely cloudy and had a gross film over the top of it. The hot tub had dead bugs and hair floating in it. The pool room had no towels & had dead bugs & live bugs eating food off the floor.

I checked into this hotel on Dec 8 as apart of a celebration for my son birthday. We dined at their restaurant for the evening where there was only 1 staff. He was responsible for serving food, drinks, to-go trays & accepting cash/card payments for nearly 30 people. It took 1.5 hours for us to receive our food which was right after we had requested to-go trays to just eat it in our rooms since it had gotten later than expected. Nearly 3 hours after consuming the food I fell ill. I had contracted food poison from the 7 wing dings for $24 that I ordered. At 12am I notified the only receptionist via phone that I had contracted food poisoning from their restaurant. C****** was very apologetic and accommodating that evening. He offered medicine and a drink to help with the vomit and hand delivered it to my room. C****** also stated that he left a email for the manager J****, making her aware of what happened and she would reach out to discuss this matter. The following day I checked out and spoke with a receptionist D*** who was very pleasant. She also stated that the notes were left on file, the manager would be in at 12pm because they had a meeting and she’ll be reaching out. After leaving I went to the hospital where they did in fact verify that I contracted food poisoning. Later on that evening my son fell ill and he was admitted to the ER because his symptoms were far much worse. It has been a week and no one has returned my calls!!!!! I do NOT recommend this property

We were there for three nights and there was
No maid service. $330 a night and we didn’t even get fresh towels. Or trash emptied.
