"This was my second reservation for this hotel. In my first reservation things did not go well. This reservation things were much better. We had a very large room. Two floors. Good for 4. "The area was nice, conveniently located in the downtown area, and the staff there is excellent. They also provide a free breakfast as well. There were some insects in the bathroom, but that is not unusual in Tacloban. Overall the stay was very enjoyable."

"I called the property to make sure they are wheelchair friendly. They said yes since they have elevator but they didn't mention that there comfort room (CR) was on another level of the room. Hence, it was difficult for our elderly who needed to use the many times the CR."

"I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and overall had a positive experience, but there are a few significant drawbacks to note. Cons: The main issue during my stay was the construction noise on the ground, third, and fourth floors. It was quite disruptive, making it hard to relax.
