"In room kitchenette, friendly staff, a lot of breakfast choices, spacious rooms. Keep in mind that the hotel is being renovated so parts of it are very old. The breakfast is good but not super flavorful but it's a hotel buffet. I was very happy with it. If you want a fancy room and a fancy breakfast, stay at a fancy hotel."

"The staff were very polite and helpful. The bed was comfortable. It was sufficient with what we needed and will be back again in the future. Adrian was awesome and super helpful with clearing out the snow for a parking spot for us upon arrival and helped us out with checking in and checking out of the room."

"Really nice skiing here, lockers for your gear, 3 jacuzzis and heated pool, awesome staff, great shuttle service, awesome cafe with items and super helpful staff. Ez walk to eagle lodge. Condo was perfect. Oh. The pull out sofa was NOT good. "

"This is a single-story building, yet we constantly heard footsteps running back and forth at night and in the morning, as if there were an upstairs unit. We couldn’t determine where the noise was coming from, which was quite disruptive. On the plus side, the hotel is conveniently located right off Highway 395, with a gas station at the entrance and restaurants just a 5-minute walk away."
