"The rooms were very nice, and the beds were comfortable. It's undergoing renovations right now and my guess is that it will be awesome to stay there after they are completed. My only complaint was the cigarette smoke smell in the non-smoking section. The manager did come by to explain that it was due to the ongoing renovations and provided a complimentary gift to us for the inconvenience. The staff was very friendly and willing to help out on anything. We would stay again if I came back to the...

& fitness facilities were also great. The breakfast had alot of variety and top quality choice. The evening menu was well presented and everything we tried was very nice indeed. If I could think of anything to improve on it would be to expand the evening menu to include more dishes as the dishes available were so nice. "

"Nice hotel, very well kept. Thanks to the management and staff! The selection of food at the restaurant is amazing. The slope and the lift is just a minute away from the ski room. The ski rental shop has a good choice of equipment. The ski area itself a bit limited, but it is great for beginners! Apres ski bar is there with nice cocktails and good food! "The hotel is pretty but the lobby is HOT. They do not have AC in the lobby and around the pool table so therefore you cannot use that part of the hotel unless you want to sweat. We stayed in malatya for visit family and therefore booked the suites which provide living room. Once upon check in we were given regular rooms. When we saw the room we had to go back to reception and remind them our booking were for suites. They changed our rooms to suites and Unfortunately we were told no visitors...
