Quiet location with a short walk to town centre and beach front. Lovely hosts, very welcoming. Comfy room, I overslept!! Decent shower and a lovely breakfast. Can't fault it.

This is our second stay at The Ravilious and we were not disappointed.This gorgeous B & B stands out from all the rest. The owners Chris and Caroline were extremely welcoming and informative. The rooms and communal areas are tastefully decorated and exceptionally clean. The breakfast is tasty and freshly cooked, two of our party had full breakfast which they enjoyed , someone else had scrambled egg which they raved about, and I myself had omelette both mornings and it was delicious. The property is in a fantastic location for a flat walk to the beach & pier & town centre. Please do not hesitate to book your stay, you will not be disappointed.,

What a stay we had. So much so we stayed another night! No wonder this is the best hotel in Eastbourne. Superbly run by the best hosts ever. Great breakfast and very comfortable beds. Great location and close to a number of excellent restaurants.

Very good location for both sea and town, easy parking albeit at a small cost, very friendly hosts and an excellent breakfast. Stairs to our room provided our daily cardiac exercise. Will happily visit again if we return to the area.

Upon arrival we had a very warm welcome from Chris and Caroline. They took time to advise us about a few good restaurants in the area, things that we could do in the day. Chris kindly took our bag up to the first floor for us, something that doesn’t happen very often in other establishments we’ve stayed in. Our room (room 6) was spacious and immaculate. Wonderful ! My husband and I stayed for one night at The Ravillious and we will definitely be going back ! We had a wonderful warm and friendly welcome from the hosts . Welcome and check in brilliant and very friendly as always. A nice room upgrade on arrival. Room clean, spacious, and comfy. Just what I needed after my 200 mile drive to get there. The guys as always couldn’t have done any more to make it a nice stay. Breakfast top notch as always. Great place to stay.
