It does have parking at the rear of the property that was £6 overnight until 3pm the next day. We went to the Congress Theatre which was a short 13 minute walk.
Great location, just opposite the pier.

Lovely view from room looking at the sea and pier in
Didn’t book breakfast . Has wasn’t sure if we would need it . But on last day . We did
Charged £24 for two breakfasts which thought was rather expensive .

Checked in,staff was good, but went down hill from there.
One lift out of service, and the other one was very small ,just about fitted us and small traval bags.
Once on the floor it smelled bad,( damp and ammonia smell.we finally got to our door it was broken ,infact it open with a slight push,without using key.the room itself was very very outdated,
Ironing board broken, curtains were also dirty and partly of it's rail.bed was tilted, no cabinet door ,bathroom very outdated but surprisingly the best part of the room .
We left straight after dinner,
Considering the advertising for this hotel which is completely outdate ,

TV not working.it was a nice place years ago.even a coat of Paint would not help.

Location great, hotel a little tired but still ok. Couple of staff with customer service issues but no real drama. Worth a stay - breakfast very good

Just a lovely listed hotel that has not lost the meaning of great customer service a great place to stay i love it any time you feel you need some peace and quite , The Burlington Hotel ,Highly recommend ,

Didn't like the main lift not being available, no wheelchair access or ladies toilets on the ground floor. Brilliant sea view and hotel well situated.

Although it was very cold outside no one prepared us for the temp in the room lol proper face melter.
There has been a lick of paint since our last stay which looks great.
Only one lift that’s meant to hold 4 people or in my my case just one and hope I don’t set the alarms off
