The pull-out couch that I requested was in poor conditions, the springs continued to poke me while I attempted to lay on it. Also, I do not like how now there is a 250 dollar hold on my credit card. I understand the reason but now I have to wait 5-7 business days for the funds to be returned to my account which is truly an inconvenience. "
