Alan at the front desk was friendly and check in was easy. Great room which smelled awesome and good linens. Nice bed and pillows.

I loved how Alen was very welcoming! He helped me out in receiving my room. The room was in excellent condition and shape I would definitely come back to stay again! It’s worth it
It’s also a kid friendly place! Felt like a safe place for my kids

Alan was great at the front desk and check in was quick and efficient. The property looked good, parking was easy, the room was clean and smelled great. Nice bed and linens with awesome smelling towels. Great cleaning staff too.

Everything was good we had free wifi, the beds were clean. But we had a water leaking from our ceiling that could’ve bursted at any minute also found a baby roach not sure where it came from. The air conditioning worked great! The water got turned off which sucked but the shower water pressure was very strong it hurt. There was water bugs that crawled out of my drain as well.. and the floors were dirty not clean. The beds were nice and clean and furniture as well.

Been coming here for a while now. When I say a while, I mean a few years off and on. Being a local, Ive stayed in pretty much every room including the romantic rooms AKA rooms with hot tubs! But this last weekend was probably the best experience considering that they were very considerate. One of the staff members went out of his way to help me book the remaining weekend when there were no rooms available online. I guess you can say he was able to cook the books. Which allowes me to stay with ease the entire weekend. Til next time. #RJE #UPTOWNLOVE #Crocagator
