The hotel is not brand new but in good condition. It has a beautiful view of the water. The staff was friendly. My room was clean with no issues. I was a little concerned reading others reviews but did not encounter anything negative and everything was clean.

The hotel smells when you first walk in! It’s the first thing you notice. We were informed the restaurant would be closed due to staffing issues. We were not able to get a main floor room and had to take the stairs. When we got to our room you could tell they were trying to cover up the smell but after a few minutes it wears off! The whole hotel needs a good clean up and new carpet throughout. They have a beautiful setting but I don’t think I would go back.

I suspect this place was very short staffed. Waited an hour for my room to be available. Waited ten minutes to be acknowledged by anyone associated with the restaurant. I left and found another place to eat.
