"Firstly - it isn’t the Radisson Blue Hotel anymore! I was very confused when my taxi stopped at the address and not one Radisson Hotel sign anywhere! It is now called Paradox Hotel. My booking was honoured and I was given an upgrade which was a lovely surprise. The concierge was absolutely lovely and explained the change of the hotel to Paradox Hotel. Hotel staff were lovely. The room was absolutely stunning and faultless. Location is perfect."

Furthermore, we were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of champagne and a heartfelt birthday card awaiting us in our room, a thoughtful gesture from the hotel team.
