I was shocked that Doubletree by Hilton was not up to par. I've never had such an experience. The toilet wouldn't flush. There was no hot water to take a shower. There was no microwave in the room. The little coffee machine made the coffee but it wasn't hot. If you wanted it hotter, you had to go to the lobby and use the microwave there. The comforter was rough and with every movement, it sounded like crepe paper. The front customer service at the lobby desk takes forever to pick up the phone. The man at the front desk was no help but to tell me to call the manager. I've called and left my message and waiting for a call back. I'll not stay there again

When we usually stay at a double tree hotel we have a good time enjoying updated amenities and the delicious cookies but at this location, we experienced outdated appliances and a half functioning room. There was false advertising when we booked the room for two queen beds we were greeted with two double beds which was really uncomfortable with our family of 5 and half. Some of the staff was weird and unnecessary too serious. Some were kind and generous. Overall it was an advantage/decent stay. Breakfast was great but once again falsely advertised.

15 minutes from the Eastern, got a great price for last minute booking. Plenty of eateries, quiet on the 4th floor, friendly front desk staff. Check in was seamless. You do have to pay an upfront $50 fee for your room upon arrival, to cover incidentals. It is refunded after checkout. You also have to pay for onsite parking (scan the code) enter car details, pick your stay length, pay when you leave. There is a countdown timer to help you keep track of your parking time. No vending machines, but there is an ice machine. No microwave in the standard double bed room but does have a mini fridge. A/C is set and can’t be controlled. Bedding was clean, had to spray febreze in our room. Stale scent upon entering. Iron worked fine, tv worked fine, coffee maker was also fine. I used it to make tea (brought tea bags and sugar from home) didn’t eat in the cafe/food area but it looks nice. Ordered dinner from a local pizza spot. There is a shuttle that runs constantly. Probably to and from the airport. Would stay again if we go to another concert at the Eastern.
